Lucy has worked in theatre education for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience working with young people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. She has a strong relationship with The Old Vic, Scottish Opera, and Disney. Lucy has coached children on modelling and commercial shoots in the UK and loves seeing each young person thrive on set. Having trained in musical theatre, Lucy understands how important it is to feel confident and supported at work, and aims to make each young person feel relaxed and able to perform to the best of their abillity. Lucy's work has taken her all over the world, including Hong Kong where she once led a childrens cast of 900!

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Eilidh has built a diverse career as an actor and facilitator since starting her own journey on set at the age of 12. She has directed children and young people in various productions for both stage and screen. Eilidh has also spent time working as chaperone on many sets, and as children’s co-ordinator for CITV. Having worked with young people all over the world in a variety of roles, Eilidh brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her mentoring approach. With a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with working on set, she has honed skills that ensure a seamless, positive experience for young talent.
