  • Set Ready Kids is unique because we specialize in mentoring and coaching young performers with a focus on their wellbeing and confidence. We act as a bridge between the young performers, the director, and other departments, ensuring clear communication and a positive, productive environment. We are upbeat, encouraging, and experienced in working with young people of all ages and abilities.

  • We are on set coaches, not chaperones. Our role is to support the young performer with their preparation focus and overall experience on set. The chaperone will manage toilet trips, meal times, or health & safety concerns but we will liaise with them to ensure a smooth and safe hand over throughout.

  • Originally from Scotland with bases in London and Glasgow - we are happy to travel throughout the UK and internationally! Wherever your production is, we can provide our services and bring our expertise to ensure your young talent is "set ready."

  • We offer support for a variety of productions, including film sets, TV sets, auditions, model shoots, and live performances. Whether it’s a high-energy day or a calm, focused shoot, we tailor our approach to meet the needs of the production and the young performers.

  • We can assist with warming up young performers before auditions, running lines, boosting morale, and helping them stay calm and focused both individually or in groups. We can also be a friendly face reading in or supporting in the audition room itself.
